Mother nature was kind to Jerrod tonight as the rain held off and let the racing begin. After having trouble in his heat race Jerrod was relegated to running the B main along with many other cars. Only taking 2 from the B Jerrod had his work cut out for him as he started 14th and did a masterful job of driving thru the field to finish 2nd with the help of only one caution flag. Starting 18th in the Feature Jerrod kept up the fast pace as he passed 16 cars on his way to a 2nd place finish behind Tim Montgomery. |
