Jerrod Hull brought home the big check for Rich DeReu’s 50 Car crew Wednesday night, July 13, in exciting Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invader action at Bloomfield Speedway in Bloomfield, Iowa.
Hull, the hired shoe for the evening, piloted the Midland Performance/Cernovich’s/Rodger Wagner Construction/Midland Sign Solutions/Newberry Mow and Snow/ Avenger #50 car to a runner-up spot in heat race action, making the night's Shake-Up Dash. After finishing 5th in the Dash, and the winner, Josh Schneiderman, drawing the #5 pill, Hull started the night’s feature on point for 20 laps. Hull parked the Scott-Bonar-wrenched 50-car in victory lane upon completing all 20 laps as the race leader in front of strong talent and despite a blistering left rear.
“I love working with Scott, Rich and the #50 crew; seems like they are always on top of their game. For the first few laps the Avenger was hooked up right, but the track started going away from me a bit so I had to make my own adjustments in my line. I know Scott and Rich get some great support from HRP Wings, Pro Shocks, and B&B Oval Track and all that support showed on the track tonight. What an awesome win at a great track.”
The night’s victory marked Hull’s 11th win on the season at 7 different tracks, and four of those have been behind the wheel of the DeReu #50 car. For more information about Jerrod Hull, logon to www.jerrodhullmotorsports.com. |
